How to Use:
Use 1 teaspoon of herbs per 12–16 oz of hot water. Steep for 15–20 minutes. Drink 2–3 cups daily as needed. For tea bags, use one bag per 12–16 oz hot water and steep for 15–20 minutes. Each tea bag may be steeped twice.
